Air defense units have shot down another drone that attacked the Moscow region, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported on his Telegram channel.
Earlier, he reported the elimination of three drones.
As reported, a fire broke out in the Tula region as a result of a downed unmanned aerial vehicle crashing on the territory of the Azot chemical plant in Novomoskovsk. As the region's governor Dmitry Milyaev reported on his Telegram channel, the fire was quickly extinguished, and no exceedance of permissible pollution levels was recorded. According to preliminary data, two people were injured in the incident, their lives are out of danger. Emergency services are working at the scene. The governor noted that the situation is under control, and air defense forces continue to protect the region from air attacks by shooting down enemy drones.
It also became known that Russian air defense systems shot down 32 Ukrainian UAVs over the Kursk and Oryol regions.
