Athlete from Mangistau wins gold medal in sambo at Kazakhstan championship

Nursultan Zhubaktan won the gold medal of the Republic of Kazakhstan Championship in sports and combat sambo among adults. The athlete competed in the weight category up to 58 kilograms.

Let us recall that the ChRK in sport and combat sambo among adults started today, February 25, and will last until the 27th inclusive. About 600 athletes in eight weight categories are participating in it. Our region is represented by more than 30 sambo wrestlers. Those wishing to watch the fights and cheer for ours are invited to the 33rd microdistrict to the sports complex "Mangistau Arena". Admission is free.

By the way, Nursultan Zhubatkan became the best at the World Championship in universal combat among adults in Antalya in 2024.
