Great Moldova will continue to participate in parliamentary elections until a court decision is made.

The Greater Moldova Party will continue to participate in the parliamentary elections until a court decision, said Angela Caraman, head of Moldova's Central Electoral Commission.
“There are 23 competitors remaining in the elections until the court’s decision is announced in the case of one of the electoral competitors,” she said at a briefing (quoted by RIA Novosti).
Party leader Victoria Furtună previously told the agency that Great Moldova had appealed the Central Election Commission's decision to disqualify it from the race. The appeals court met on the morning of September 28, election day.
On September 28, voting in the parliamentary elections began in Moldova. A total of 1,961 polling stations opened across the country, with another 301 polling stations set up abroad. Two days before the elections, the Central Election Commission of Moldova disqualified the "Heart of Moldova" party from participating. According to the commission, the party failed to take into account the gender quota in its lists of parliamentary candidates. The Electoral Commission also disqualified the "Great Moldova" party on suspicion of illegal financing.
Fifteen political parties, four electoral blocs, and four independent candidates are participating in the elections, KP Moldova reported . These include the ruling Action and Solidarity Party (PAS), the Coalition for Unity and Welfare, the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe, the European Social Democratic Party, the Alternative electoral bloc, and others.
