Airport in Kuzbass closed without explanation

The Novokuznetsk air harbor has temporarily ceased operations due to technical reasons. This was reported by the airport press service.

“For technical reasons, Novokuznetsk airport is temporarily not accepting aircraft,” the official statement says.

Representatives of the airport explained that specialists are currently fixing the problems. And they promised that the airport will resume normal operations in the coming hours. They did not specify the "technical reasons" for the cessation of operations at the airport.

The day before, it was reported that more than 300 passengers were stuck at the airports of Kemerovo and Novokuznetsk. This was due to restrictions imposed on the operation of Moscow airports.

Earlier, MK wrote that the air harbours of Ivanovo, Yaroslavl and Nizhny Novgorod had lifted temporary restrictions on the receipt and dispatch of aircraft.
