Pavel Durov, the creator of the Telegram messenger, shared details of his life during his detention in France in an interview with Tucker Carlson. The recording of the conversation was published on the journalist's official website.

“It seems they made an exception for me in terms of nutrition... I could do 200 push-ups, 200 squats in the morning, then repeat the approaches,” said Pavel Durov.

The Russian IT developer added that he had the necessary amount of fish products in his diet to maintain a vegetarian lifestyle. However, Pavel Durov could not visit the prison gym, which forced him to pay close attention to his daily routine.

During the same interview, the entrepreneur explained his own method of maintaining the security of personal data.
