Singer Kristina Orbakaite briefly mentioned SVO for the first time when she told the story of the song "Alla Will Sing", which she recorded in 2023. A fragment of the interview with the artist was published by the Telegram channel "Worse and Can't Say It".
"This song was actually brought to my mother by the authors several years ago, when it was still peaceful time," Orbakaite noted. According to her, Alla Pugacheva doubted whether she should include the composition in her repertoire, since it seemed inappropriate to sing to herself. Then she offered the song to Kristina, saying: "Maybe you can do something about this."
Orbaykate agreed, but for a long time she also couldn’t decide what to time the song’s release to coincide with and couldn’t record it.
"And then all these events happened, unpleasant for the whole Earth, for our country and for our family," the singer shared, adding that at that moment she realized that the time had come for this song to support her mother and her fans.
Orbakaite believes that this track received a good response and that she was “understood and heard.”
