The Ai-Danil sanatorium in Crimea has been transferred to the state

Extracts from the Unified State Register of Real Estate are at the disposal of the RBC publication. Thus, the previous owner of the property was the sanatorium itself - OOO Sanatorium and Health Resort Complex (SKOK) Ai-Danil. At the end of November 2024, the company transferred the property of the sanatorium to three individuals (their data are not disclosed), and already in December their rights to the property were terminated.
The extracts indicate that the basis was the execution of a "state contract for the acquisition of the Ai-Danil health resort complex into federal ownership." At the same time, the sanatorium was transferred to the management of the federal state enterprise (FKP) "Yasen." According to SPARK-Interfax, FKP "Yasen" filed an application for the "Ai-Danil" trademark at the end of January 2025.
The resort complex was built in the 1960s and 1970s and was owned by the USSR, and after 1991 and until 2004 by Ukraine. Then, as RBK writes, the Crimean Property Fund transferred the complex to the Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol for 28 million hryvnia. The owner of the plant was businessman Vladimir Boyko. The prosecutor's office tried to challenge the deal, but the claim was rejected.
Then the owner of the plant changed, it became businessman Rinat Akhmetov, and the health resort complex was transferred to him. Until 2012, the health resort was on the balance sheet of the Ukrainian partnership "SKOK "Ai-Danil". In 2013, the structure was transferred to the company Casamo Limited (Great Britain), which a year later became the beneficiary of the already Russian LLC "SKOK "Ai-Danil".
In February 2023, deputies of the State Council of Crimea decided to nationalize 500 objects on the peninsula from among the "property of foreign citizens and states committing unfriendly actions against Russia." Among them were the assets of Rinat Akhmetov.
According to SPARK-Interfax, Casamo Limited owned the complex until January 2024. Then Vladimir Potapov, Nadezhda Obitotskaya and Vladimir Kuntsevsky became the owners of Ai-Danil. In October 2024, Petr Koshelnikov, who previously headed the Accounts Chamber of the Tula Region, received a share.
"Ai-Danil" has a medical building, a diagnostic block, a sports complex, a spa center and a beach in its structure. Doctors at the health resort provide services to strengthen the immune system, prevent and treat chronic diseases, as well as diseases of the cardiovascular and nervous systems, and respiratory organs. The complex also includes a land plot of 19.4 hectares with a relict juniper forest.
In January 2025, a children's sanatorium of the Gazprom company in Anapa (Krasnodar Krai) will be put up for auction. The starting price of the property is set at 792 million rubles, the minimum is 435.4 million rubles, the auction step is 7.9 million rubles. It is not reported who won the auction.
