The list of information on the circulation of medicines for transfer to the monitoring system of the northern delivery has been approved

Now, a number of data on drug circulation in the controlled territories will be transferred from the SMDLP for monitoring the northern delivery to the federal system. The list includes data on participants in the northern delivery, on drugs, the circulation of which is carried out in this territory, and information on drug circulation, including information on the details of state and municipal contracts.
In addition, due to the approval of adjustments, the information in the Federal State Information System for Monitoring Northern Delivery is now divided not into three, but into five blocks. In addition to subsystems with publicly available information on northern delivery and a personal account, there is administration, information security and integration.
The framework law for the northern delivery program was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin in August 2023. It specifies a set of measures and financial mechanisms for regular and uninterrupted supplies to territories related to the Far North regions and equivalent territories with limited delivery times for goods.
The list of goods that will be delivered on a priority basis to the relevant areas was established by the Government of the Russian Federation in December 2023. At that time, the list included 160 items from seven categories, including medicines from the list of vital and essential drugs, medical products and specialized therapeutic nutrition products.
The government approved the regulation on the federal state information system for monitoring the northern delivery in March 2025. It was noted that the system intends to store data on deliveries and available stocks of goods, including medicines and medical products. It was planned to implement interaction between other state portals and departments through it. The amendment entered into force on April 1, 2024, together with the framework law "On the Northern Delivery".
In March 2025, the government approved the Regulation on the single sea operator of the northern delivery. From January 1, 2026, it will begin to interact with the participants of the northern delivery, develop a route and schedules for regular transportation of goods, including medicines and medical products, between sea ports, and also carry out the transportation itself.
