Citizens who cannot pay off their entire debt will also be able to take advantage of the 25% discount campaign. Citizens who cannot pay off their entire debt will be able to partially benefit from the 25% discount on down payments of no less than 25% of their outstanding debt.
Residential and commercial buyers who wish to benefit from the campaign can apply to the relevant bank between September 22 and October 17, 2025. It will not be possible to benefit from the discount rate for debt settlements made after this date.
Residential and commercial property buyers in projects eligible for the discount must have made their installment payments for the month in which the debt was paid off, as of the application date. They must also have no past-due installment or property tax debt. Residential and commercial property buyers whose sales were completed by TOKİ by the end of June 2024 and whose repayment installments began no later than the end of June 2024 are eligible to participate in the campaign. Residential and commercial property buyers with 12 or fewer remaining installment payments are not eligible to participate in the discount campaign.
Residential and commercial property buyers who wish to benefit from the campaign will be able to obtain housing loans from intermediary banks with which they have signed the Real Estate Sales Contract. Residential and commercial property buyers who wish to benefit from the campaign in projects where condominium ownership has been established must bring with them a debt-free document from the Site Management and a document showing the property value declaration from the relevant Municipality when going to the bank.
