DEFENDANTS : 1-SABER SATARİ In the trial of the Title Deed Cancellation and Registration case being heard in our court;

The subject of the lawsuit is; As a result of the inspections and evaluations made regarding the immovable property numbered 1865 island, 20 parcel in Deper Mah, Central district, Afyonkarahisar province and whose construction is unfinished, it has been stated in the expert report that when the entire immovable property is considered, the completion rate is 33.90%, that the rental fee due to the non-delivery of the independent sections could be 642,545.60 TL for 30 flats that will remain to the land owners, and that in order to determine the value of each of the independent sections subject to the lawsuit as of the date of the lawsuit (15.12.2021), if the value as of March 2025 is converted with TÜİK Yi-Üfe indexes; it could be 3,100,000.00 TL x 1,022.25 / 3,943.01 = 803,694.39 TL. It is hereby announced and notified.
