SPK approves merger with Tofaş and Stellantis

Tofaş announced that the Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the merger with Stellantis Otomotiv Pazarlama AŞ (Stellantis Türkiye).

In its statement on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Tofaş announced that the company's simplified merger with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Stellantis, through a takeover process, was approved by the Capital Markets Board (CMB).

The statement stated that since Tofaş owns 100% of Stellantis Türkiye's capital and shares representing voting rights, there will be no change in Tofaş's issued capital due to the merger.
