Two different Murat Çalık reports! Hospital reported a relapse, Forensic Medicine reported no relapse

The forensic report prepared for Beylikdüzü Mayor Mehmet Murat Çalık, who was arrested during operations targeting the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and who had previously survived cancer twice, has been revealed.
The health report prepared by İzmir Atatürk Training and Research Hospital included the following statements: "The patient's leukopenia and neutropenia, severe weight loss (malnutrition), and a blast rate of 4-5 percent in the bone marrow biopsy, which is on the borderline for leukemia recurrence, may contribute to the risk of increased infection in terms of leukemia recurrence due to prison conditions."
The final word on house arrest was left to the Forensic Medicine Institution. Çalık, brought to Istanbul from Izmir's Buca Prison, was presented to a panel at the Forensic Medicine Institution. The panel's report was released. The Forensic Medicine Institution stated that Çalık had been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in 1999, but the disease had not recurred for 26 years, and his symptoms had disappeared.
The Forensic Medicine Department also stated that the file they received contained no pathology report or treatment documentation related to the disease. It also emphasized that Çalık's file contained no findings suggesting a lymphoma diagnosis.
The Forensic Medicine Institute announced that the bone marrow biopsy performed in Izmir was insufficient to provide a definitive diagnosis, and therefore, no definitive results could be obtained. It stated that Çalık should be referred to a fully equipped hospital for more comprehensive tests.
