Fenerbahçe's statement regarding unused preemptive rights

Fenerbahçe Club announced that it will sell its unused preemptive rights following the capital increase.

In a statement made to Borsa Istanbul and the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Fenerbahçe Futbol AŞ stated that the sale of unused preemptive rights will begin tomorrow following the increase of the company's capital from 250 million lira to 1 billion 250 million lira.

The following statements were used in the statement:

"Within the period during which our partners exercise their new share purchase rights, the total nominal value of the shares corresponding to the unexercised new share purchase rights is 1 billion 357 million 742 thousand 848 TL and the remaining shares will be offered for sale on the Borsa Istanbul AŞ Primary Market through Yapı Kredi Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler AŞ for 2 (two) business days on July 17, 2025 and July 18, 2025, at a price that will not be less than 1 TL for each share with a nominal value of 1 TL."

Preemptive right is defined as the right of every shareholder to purchase newly issued shares of the company in proportion to the ratio of their existing shares to the capital.
