Gençlerbirliği signs Henry Onyekuru

Gençlerbirliği, which will compete in the Super League this season, signed a two-year contract with Nigerian striker Henry Onyekuru.

Gençlerbirliği finished second in the Trendyol 1st League last season and was promoted to the Super League.

The red-black club announced the signing of a two-year contract with the 28-year-old player, who plays left wing and forward.

Henry Onyekuru began his football career at the Qatar-based ASPIRE Academy. He later played for Eupen, Everton, Anderlecht, Galatasaray, Monaco, Olympiakos, Adana Demirspor, and finally Saudi Arabian club Al-Fayha.
