An opportunity to reflect on food as a tool for relationships, inclusion and dignity. Monday 30 June at 9:00 pm , Materia Spazio Libero (via Confalonieri 5 Sant'Alessandro Castronno) hosts the meeting “A journey for fair food. Stories of lands, rights and sharing” , in collaboration with Coop Lombardia .
The protagonists of the evening will be Frescha , an organization that combines agriculture and social inclusion, NoCap , active in the fight against gangmastering and the promotion of regular agricultural work, and the Riso Quanto project, committed to enhancing the rice supply chain through conscious and transparent practices.
A multi-voiced dialogue that explores the taste of food, the value of work and the richness of diversity, recounting experiences that put people and territories at the centre.
At the end of the meeting, a tasting of products from the supply chains described is planned.
