Mieczysław Piziurny with a vote of approval and a vote of confidence

Every year by the end of March the mayor of the commune is obliged to present to the city council a report on the state of the city, including a summary of the activities in the previous year, and in particular the implementation of policies, programs and strategies, as well as resolutions and the citizens' budget. Mayor M. Piziurny presented such a report on the appointed date. The next step was a debate on this report, and the final step was the resolution adopted at the May session, sealing the granting of a vote of confidence to the mayor of Radymno.

The councillors – after reviewing the city's financial report for the previous year, the report on the implementation of the budget, information on the state of city property, as well as the positive opinion of the Regional Chamber of Audit – also voted unanimously to grant Mieczysław Piziurny a discharge. The aforementioned thanked his colleagues for the work well done on the implementation of last year's budget.

– I hope that the next ones will not be worse, and that our cooperation will be as good as possible. On my part, I will do everything to ensure that our town, during this 35th anniversary of local government and in the following years, continues to develop and that our residents' lives are better and better – he concluded.
