The (proper) renovation of Glazera Street in Przemyśl has started [PHOTOS]

The renovation began yesterday, May 19 this year, with milling of Bolesława Śmiały Street and from the intersection down towards św. Jana Street.

– Milling is to last until the end of the week. Then, there will be profiling in some places, in some places the contractor will have to hammer out devices in the roadway. Then, three bituminous layers will be applied, starting with the base and ending with the wearing layer.

– explained Jacek Cielecki, director of the Municipal Roads Authority in Przemyśl.

According to the plan and schedule, the completion of works is expected at the end of June this year.

– But if nothing bad happens on the road, it may be possible to open the completely renovated street earlier.

– added J. Cielecki.

Drivers must arm themselves with patience, because for a dozen or so days there will be quite significant difficulties on Glazera, but traffic will be maintained the entire time. I guess it's better than completely closing the street to vehicles.

- They must certainly watch out for the machines that are working non-stop. There are workers who are directing traffic. One lane will certainly be closed. We also ask you to maintain an appropriate speed
