A police manhunt is underway for a 57-year-old man suspected of murdering two people in Stara Wieś near Limanowa. Forces from all over Poland are being called to the search site. "A police Black Hawk was involved in the operation," the Małopolska police reported.

"An intensive search for the 57-year-old was carried out throughout the night, including using drones equipped with thermal imaging cameras. Additional forces are being called in from all over Poland. Among others, officers of prevention units, as well as counter-terrorists from other provinces, including officers from 'BOA', will arrive in the Limanowa region," Małopolska officers said in a morning statement.

As added, a police Black Hawk was involved in the raid, it is to support police officers from the air during the search in this difficult terrain. "Police officers are constantly checking cars, police blockade points are operating on the roads of Limanowa. Officers are checking whether the wanted 57-year-old is not trying to leave the area," we read on the X platform.
