Zieliński, who left SSC Napoli for Inter ahead of the 2024/25 season, was expected to be the missing link in the Nerazzurri midfield. However, the reality turned out to be much more difficult. A reserve role, infrequent appearances in the starting line-up and a calf injury meant that his debut season at San Siro was far from ideal.
