The Veliky Novgorod City Hall asks the owner to remove an abandoned, faulty vehicle from public territory, which is almost impossible to identify. On July 4, the Control and Administrative Department of the Veliky Novgorod Administration discovered an abandoned, faulty white cargo van without a state registration plate at the address: Veliky Novgorod, Krechevitsy microdistrict, bank of the Volkhov River, opposite garage No. 4. It must be removed within 3 weeks, or brought to a state that does not allow it to be identified as abandoned, faulty and incomplete.

If the owner of the vehicle fails to take the specified measures within the specified period, the KAU administration of Veliky Novgorod will take measures to forcibly move it to a specialized parking lot of the MKU Veliky Novgorod "City Economy", for which a fee will be charged at the current rates, and then the property will be recognized as ownerless and converted into municipal ownership.

Let's add that with a high degree of probability this car could once have been a "rafik" - RAF-2203. By the way, this model has an interesting fate - initially the body was planned to be made of reinforced fiberglass, however, the prototype got into an accident, people were injured and the bold idea was abandoned. Later, the "Latvia" minibuses became the official transport of the Moscow Olympics-1980, and even later - almost the only alternative for "ambulances". Since 1997, their production has ceased.

Judging by the photograph, the car on the bank of the Volkhov had been used for a long time only as a room.
