The Investigative Committee has become interested in the crowd of Novgorod boys who beat up the teenager

Novgorod social networks have been rocked by another video showing children's squabbles with an adult level of cruelty, as other users have already noted. The video appeared in one of the popular VKontakte publics where incidents are discussed. The video was filmed on a mobile phone, presumably by one of the minors involved in the brawl. The footage shows three boys (apparently 11-13 years old) taking turns attacking an older guy, hitting him.

The action takes place in the courtyard under the windows of one of the five-story buildings. The participants in the fight are wearing blue rubber gloves, the victim of the offenders is holding a bag in her hands, while the attackers themselves, interspersing their speech with swearing, accuse the guy of throwing garbage.

Whatever the motives of the young initiators of the attack, the boys' actions have already been criticized in the comments. Meanwhile, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has organized a procedural review.

“On the instructions of the head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Novgorod Region, Major General of Justice Nikolai Nikolaevich Suprun, the Investigative Department for the city of Veliky Novgorod has organized a pre-investigation check based on information published on the Internet,” the department’s press service reported.

Investigators are currently establishing all the circumstances set out in the publication. A procedural decision will be made based on the results of the investigation.
