Ryazan Region Plans to Establish Synchronized Swimming Federation


The Ryazan region is planning to create a synchronized swimming federation. This became known during a personal reception with Governor Pavel Malkov, to which Svetlana from Ryazan addressed a proposal to develop this sport.
Svetlana is a master of sports in synchronized swimming and a former member of the Russian Olympic team. She currently gives private lessons in several swimming pools in Ryazan, and her students regularly win prizes in competitions.
“We agreed to create a regional synchronized swimming federation and help young athletes with equipment,” Pavel Malkov noted on his Telegram channel.
The governor also promised to allocate space for training in the Burevestnik sports complex
