With the acceptance of the lawsuit; 1- In the lawsuit filed by the plaintiff Tuna Management Services Tur. Dan. ve Tic. A.Ş. against the defendant Sadi Şahsuvaroğlu, the plaintiff's request for cancellation and registration of the title deed was accepted, and the 1/24 share of the timeshare numbered 75 in the 6th floor of the Park Evler C-1 Block, parcel 22, island 373, Ankara Province, Kızılcahamam District, İsmetpaşa Neighborhood, with a 1/24 share registered in the plaintiff's name was decided to be canceled, and the canceled 1/24 share to be registered in the name of the defendant Sadi Şahsuvaroğlu, with the possibility of appeal. 18/07/2025
