1-With the case being partially accepted and partially rejected;

In the lawsuit filed by the plaintiff Tuna Management Services Tur. Dan. ve Tic. A.Ş. against the defendant Mücahit Ulusoy, it was decided, with the possibility of appeal, that the plaintiff’s request for cancellation and registration of the title deed was accepted and that the 1/24th share of the timeshare number 2, ground floor, A3 A Block, Seyran Konakları , island 373, parcel 22, İsmetpaşa Neighborhood, Kızılcahamam District, Ankara Province, 7/8 of which was registered in the name of the plaintiff, be cancelled and that the cancelled 1/24th share be registered in the name of the defendant Mücahit Ulusoy.
