DECISION NO : 2024/279 Although our Court has decided to lack jurisdiction due to the crime of Violation of the Military Penal Code with its decision number and base number written above, the defendant Hüseyin YILMAZ, son of Ramazan and Adile, born on 27.05.1979 in Pütürge, could not be found despite all searches and the reasoned decision could not be notified.
