DECLARATION DOCUMENT NO : 2022/710 DECISION NO : 2024/587 In accordance with the decision of our Court dated 11/07/2024, with the above mentioned docket and decision number, and Article 204/1 of the Turkish Penal Code, for the crime of Forgery of Official Documents; In accordance with Article 204/1 of the Turkish Penal Code, it was decided that he be sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment, that the confession of the defendant's crime was accepted as grounds for discretionary reduction in favor of his assisting the court, that his sentence was reduced by 1/6 in accordance with Article 62 of the Turkish Penal Code and the defendant was SENTENCED TO 1 YEAR AND 8 MONTHS OF IMPRISONMENT, that the defendant had no criminal record in accordance with Article 231/5 of the CMK, that the personality characteristics of the defendant, his attitude and behavior during the hearing gave the impression that he would not commit a crime again, that the announcement of the verdict be DEFERRED , that the defendant be SUBJECT TO SUPERVISION FOR A PERIOD OF 5 YEARS in accordance with Article 231/8 of the CMK, in the absence of AKHMED ATAEV , the son of Baudin and Rukiye, born in Russia in 1980, who was sentenced to the sentence. Since the defendant has no known domestic or international address, service could not be carried out. 1- Pursuant to Article 29 of the Notification Law No. 7201, the summary of the verdict must be published in a newspaper published nationwide.

2- It is hereby notified that the decision will be deemed to have been notified 15 days after the date of announcement and that if no legal action is taken within 2 weeks, the decision will become final and the announcement costs and trial expenses will be collected from the defendant.
