Users cannot access ChatGBT: OpenAI issued a statement!

OpenAI's popular chatbot, ChatGPT, has been in the news after user reports of outages. The issues, experienced on both the web and mobile app versions, were widely shared on social media. Outage tracking sites like Downdetector showed a significant increase in user complaints.

Users reported receiving an "unusual error" message when trying to access chats and being unable to access their chat history. Some also reported receiving no response from the AI.

"Teams are working to identify and resolve the issue," OpenAI said in a statement on its official website. The company did not provide details about the cause or timeframe for the issue, following reports of hundreds of thousands of users worldwide experiencing connectivity outages.

This outage follows a series of other occasional service disruptions that ChatGPT has experienced in recent months.
