Pugacheva's purchase of a villa in Bulgaria has been revealed.

Alla Pugacheva has become the owner of luxury real estate in Bulgaria. According to the publication "Abzats," the artist, who left Russia, purchased an elite villa in a gated community on the outskirts of Sofia, located at the foot of the Vitosha mountain range.

The purchase price was approximately 500,000 euros. Notably, the transaction was not executed directly, but through trusted agents. Blogger Vadim Manukyan speculated that this move may indicate Pugacheva and her husband's intention to choose Bulgaria as their permanent residence.

The expert linked this decision to the country's recent accession to the Schengen Area, which simplifies travel within Europe. He believes that with a Bulgarian passport, artists will have greater opportunities for unhindered travel.
